Our Founder - Joe Dalton
Joe Dalton is a Water Utility and Non-Revenue Water Specialist.
He led a successful project which achieved over 10 Million litres per day in water loss reductions.
He has since formed HydrOptimise to meet a clear need for Water Conservation and Efficiency in the Middle East region.
Joe is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Environmentalist, Chartered Water and Environmental Manager, Certified Public Private Partnerships Professional and is Secretary of the Intermittent Water Supply Specialist Group of the International Water Association (IWA).
